A blend of shrimp, calamari rings, and bay scallops.
Stir fry in oil (add garlic if desired) for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp and bay scallops are opaque and calamari rings are firm. Toss with pasta, sauce, or add to soups. Use in pasta and rice dishes, bouillabaisse, cioppino, casseroles, or stir-frys.
Useful to add to any dish to make it bulky and spectacular. A must in any freezer.
