  • ¾ Cup Dark beer
  • 2 Teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 Cup Whole wheat flour
  • ¼ Cup Coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Warm ¼ cup coffee with 2 Tablespoons butter. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a bowl, combine:
    ¾ cup dark beer, 2 teaspoons instant yeast
